At 9LYVZ Apparel, we want you to love every piece you own. If something isn’t quite right, we accept eligible returns for store credit.

Overview

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Merchandise must be:
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or purchased with a discount code of 30% or more are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • We currently offer store credit only for all eligible returns.
  • Store credit will be issued as a digital gift code sent to your email within 5 business days after return approval.

Return Instructions

  • Email us at info@9LYVZapparel.com with your order number and item(s) you'd like to return.
  • Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bodysuits, intimate apparel, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items marked Final Sale
  • Worn, damaged, or altered items
