At 9LYVZ, we want you to love every piece you own. If something isn’t quite right, we accept eligible returns for store credit.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Merchandise must be:
  
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags attached
• Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or purchased with a discount code of 30% or more are non-returnable.

• We currently offer store credit only for all eligible returns.
• Store credit will be issued as a digital gift code sent to your email within 5 business days after return approval.

1. Email us at info@9lyvzapparel.com with your order number and item(s) you'd like to return.
2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• Bodysuits, intimate apparel, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items marked Final Sale
• Worn, damaged, or altered items
